The Estate is stocked with an abundance of general plains game and also has the odd leopard, wild dog and hippo visiting.
The access roads are left untarred. All services are underground. This the Estate of choice for those wanting to live permanently or just have a secure holiday home.
The Southern Cross Wildlife School was established about 8 years ago but has been a huge success. We receive regular requests from parents wanting to know more about what the School offers and who are thinking of making the change to a better way of life. Where possible, lessons are conducted out of doors.
You can leave for work 15 minutes before you need to be there, and that is only because of the 30 km/h speed limit. No traffic to become frustrated with. Spend more quality time with your family.
VACANT STANDS
Prices on stands are determined to a large extent on distance in to the Estate, mountain views, dry river view, and proximity to town. With the size of these stands, neighbours are seldom seen.
