The following enterprises are conducted on the farms:
Game and Tourist Lodges
The farm is currently well-stocked with various game species. This enterprise is not limited to the game only, but is well-equipped with tourist lodges and a fully equipped abattoir. During winter the lodges are to be used at a fee by the hunters, and for the remaining months used as normal hospitality suites. This is currently the practice.
Meat Processing Enterprise
All meat harvested from the farm is processed at the abattoir on site and value added in the form of biltong, droëwors and chilly bites. Fresh venison is also sold to butchers on consignment.
Lucerne Enterprise
The farm also has 95,5ha scheduled irrigation. Currently only 50ha of these lands are being irrigated. Only 5ha has lucerne established on it. On the rest of the lands grass has been established as grazing for the game. However, they could easily be re-established. It is proposed to introduce centre pivot and draglines irrigation to optimally use the available water. All the lands will be established to lucerne. This needs to take place as soon as possible, as each of the enterprises are critical to secure and retain a positive cash flow.
Grazing Land Enterprise
As mentioned above, most of the grazing game is to be removed leaving only browsers which will not compete for the same food source as cattle. Even so, the farm is currently under-grazed and there is a lot of food available for grazing animals. The farm has a carrying capacity of around 680 Large Stock Units (LSUs). The farm could therefore comfortably carry some 300 cows with calves for a start.
PROPERTY
The properties are situated north of Cookhouse on the Klipfontein gravel road. Collectively the properties comprise 6,014.3556 ha in extent.

Collectively the farms therefore measure 6,014.3556ha in extent. All the portions adjoin one another and are farmed as a unit with game. The properties are located some 27km north of Cookhouse on the Klipfontein gravel road. The property has no interior fences, but the boundary fences are in good condition and game fenced. However, each of the separate units is fenced separately.
