The farmhouse has been partly professionally rewired. Although there are electricity points in most of the rooms, the main electricity cables have been installed with trip switch boards, but some plug/light points and switches still have to be connected. Water heating is done by Gas and Donkey (wood burner). These could be replaced by solar powered geysers.

Water supply:
Water is stored for animals in one cement dam and 2 zinc dams. For human consumption 3 plastic water storage tanks are used: 5000 litres for the main house, 1000 litres for the guest room, and 5000 litres for the staff quarters. All of these are kept full by means of water being pumped (windmill and/or a diesel pump) from two strong boreholes. Two smaller (one currently being built) and one larger earth dams are used for flood irrigation. The one diesel pump is also set up to connect 8 sprinklers for irrigating grazing or crop fields. A stream (being fed by a large dam on a neighbouring farm, which passes the house, delivering maximum of +/- 36000 litres an hour, keeps the earth dams full most of the times. There is still a third old borehole which can be reinstated to compliment the current ample water supply.

Cultivated lands:
There is currently 6ha Lucerne and oats planted which is flood irrigated with the water of the larger earth dam.
Two smaller cultivated lands (+/- 1ha) are near the house and can either be flood irrigated or irrigated with sprinklers, and so far nearly 2ha was planted with potatoes.
There are still another 10-15ha which can be developed for cash crop plants such as potato's and corn, and/or permanent grazing for animals.
About 30 young pecan nut trees and 30 young apple trees should start producing during the next year or two and these trees are irrigated by one of the small earth dams.
There are a few grape vines, other fruit trees such as pear, cherry, figs, peach and apricot trees, prickly pears and a small vegetable garden is kept for the daily use of fresh vegetables, all under drip irrigation.

Camps:
There is +/- 50ha bush river camp, with rocky hills and many trees, divided into two camps for the Boergoats, and several other camps (7 camps) for the horses, cows and possibly in the future Dorper sheep. All the camps have access to water.

Feedlot:
There are 4 feedlot camps all with water and some with shelter, and a sorting pen and sickbay pen together with a loading ramp. These feedlot camps can house up to 400 - 600 small stock animals in total.

A large variety of natural game like Kudu, Steenbuck, Mountain Reedbuck, Fallow Deer, Duiker, etc, are roaming free on the farm. So far we have counted more than a hundred species of birds. A large dam on one of our a neighbour's property, where also the currently advertised backpackers and camping facilities are, could be stocked up with fish in the near future, and possible arrangements could be made with neighbours for extended walking trails. For those who like to hunt, either for real or with a camera, there are ample opportunities to hunt on the farm or with arrangements on neighbouring commercial agricultural farms or on neighbouring private game hunting farms. San rock paintings can also to be found in some of the caves of a neighbouring farm.
The farm can also be bought as a going concern, and the following can then be included for an additional amount of R 250 000 or each one can separately be negotiated.
